the hotel decor was quite good.

The room was very small. I mean small, even by city standards, i think. also, the service was quite poor. For example, i was asked to carry my own luggage at checkout. this happened even though i had three heavy bags and there were other staff around. The service person just didn't understand customer service i suppose.
