the location was acceptable, it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
the room size was a letdown, i found it tiny for the price. the air conditioning was also wonky, it would randomly turn on and off during the night. this made sleep difficult, the last thing i wanted.

The location was perfect. it's super close to oxford street and hyde park. i felt very welcomed by the staff, they delivered my bag to my room. the bathroom was huge. The room itself was very quiet.
the discretionary 5% service charge was added to my bill automatically! i asked for it to be removed.

good furniture comfortable bed central location
My four-night stay provided access to comfortable spaces. The hotel's decor included good furniture. The comfortable bed featured quality beddings and pillows. I also found the central location beneficial. It offered convenient access to nearby attractions.
I noticed music from the bar was audible on the second floor until midnight.

small room and service issues
small room poor service
the hotel decor was quite good.
The room was very small. I mean small, even by city standards, i think. also, the service was quite poor. For example, i was asked to carry my own luggage at checkout. this happened even though i had three heavy bags and there were other staff around. The service person just didn't understand customer service i suppose.
